SHIPPING POLICY

Order Processing Time Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed, packed, and handed over to our shipping partners. We make every effort to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We are proud to offer Free Insured Shipping on all orders within the United States.

• United States: 8-14 Business Days.

Note: Shipping times are estimates and commence from the date of shipping, rather than the date of order. Delivery times are to be used as a guide only and are subject to the acceptance and approval of your order.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.

Damaged or Lost Orders Vista Orion is committed to your satisfaction. Since we offer "Insured Shipping," if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately at support@vista-orion.store.  with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Incorrect Address Please ensure all delivery information is correct. If there is incorrect and/or missing information, we may be required to contact you to update the delivery information, which may cause delays in delivering your order. Delays may also occur as a result of customs clearance.
